Hotel Reservations

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of WESPAC X 2009 has selected five buildings offering pre-negotiated prices in the Conference Venue, the Beijing Friendship Hotel.

A limited number of rooms with special reduced rates have been obtained for the WESPAC X 2009 Conference participants, which may be applied only if booked by filling in the Online Registration Form on the Conference web site. Early reservations are strongly recommended as September is Beijing’s high season. Accommodation will be allocated on “first come, first served” basis. Note that the special WESPAC X 2009 rates are not guaranteed after the rooms reserved by Conference have been booked out.

Notes: There are air-conditioning, television，bathroom, 24-hour hot water and internet access in every room. The internet access is included in the room fee ONLY in Building No.1, while it is to be charged in others buildings.
