Name Badges and Tickets

Admission to the scientific and social activities of the Congress is only possible for those persons wearing the official Congress name badge issued at the registration desk. For some activities and tours, tickets will be provided.

Payment

The registration fee should be remitted in USD in one of the following ways:

“WEXPAC X 2009” authorize Dynasty International Travel Co., Ltd to receive payment from your credit card. The Dynasty International Travel Co., Ltd only accepts Master Card and Visa Card. Charges to a credit card will be billed in Chinese Renminbi(RMB). Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to fluctuation in the currency-exchange rate. The total amount should be added by 4% for bank charge.

Late Payments
If you submit your registration fee after Sep. 10, 2009, please bring a copy of the receipt with you to the Conference Registration Desk in order to avoid double charges.

Payment on Site
Cash (EURO, USD and RMB), or credit cards (Master and Visa) are acceptable.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you have registered for WEXPAC X 2009 and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. If this is not an option for you, the refund policy is listed as follows:

• Any cancellation notification in writing must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
• Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
